SHIPPING & RETURNS

DELIVERY POLICY

  When orders are placed online, we will send an email confirmation confirming your order, and another email providing the tracking number when the shipment is ready to be sent out. In-person deliveries can only be made if you are in the service area, shown in the about tab

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  If a product is broken or damaged during a shipment, we can refund cost of broken products. Just ship the product back within 7 days of delivery, and we will exchange for non-damaged product, or refund your order through the payment method used in the order. We want what's best for our clients and would not purposefully sell a product that we know is not up to par. We have a no-return no-refund policy for all in-person deliveries.
